CMA Awards Show 2023 Hotel/Ticket Packages Terms & Conditions
- Each package includes two nights lodging at The Hermitage Hotel in downtown Nashville and two 100 Level seats at Bridgestone Arena.
- Arrival is Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023 and checkout is Thursday, Nov. 9, 2023. The CMA Awards Show will be held at Bridgestone Arena on Wed., Nov. 8, 2023.
- Please note that all tickets are mobile and will be accessible on smart phones only. Details about your ticket transfer will be forwarded closer to the event.
- Hotel and sales tax are included in price.
- Parking at The Hermitage Hotel is additional and not included in the package price.
By purchasing a CMA Awards Show hotel/ticket package, you agree to abide by all the rules and conditions as set forth by the Country Music Association. As a ticketed audience member, you agree to comply with all of the terms governing the use of CMA Awards Show tickets.
ATTIRE: In past years, the CMA has emphasized that the CMA Awards Show is a gala event and attendees should dress accordingly. Although they have recommended black tie/formal wear in the past, it has not been mandatory. That is, you would not have been turned away if you were not dressed in a tux or an evening gown. Women may wear cocktail dresses or nice pantsuits and men business attire (a jacket is recommended). We will send you further information if the CMA makes any updates to this policy. One thing we do recommend is that our female clients have some sort of wrap or jacket; the air-conditioning in Bridgestone Arena can make it chilly for someone with bare arms.
Booking a package
- The total cost of your hotel/ticket package is due at the time of your online booking and once paid, is nonrefundable in its entirety.
- Payment methods accepted are American Express, check, money order, or bank transfer. If you book online you may use your American Express card; if you choose a different payment method, you'll need to contact BlueShoe Nashville directly by email or phone.
Hotel location: The Hermitage Hotel is located at 231 Sixth Ave N, Nashville, TN 37219 (within walking distance of Bridgestone Arena, site of the Awards Show).
Hotel parking: Valet parking through hotel; charges will apply (parking is not included in package price)
CMA Awards Show tickets: 100 Level at Bridgestone Arena. Seat location is assured of being in area with an unobstructed view of the stage with two seats side-by-side; precise seat location will be sent to you prior to your arrival on Nov. 7, 2023. Two 100 Level tickets are included in each 2-person package.
A detailed booking agreement will be sent to you outlining all terms and conditions.

CMA Fest 2024 Hotel/Ticket Packages Terms & Conditions

Festival Cancellation Contingency: If the Country Music Association cancels the 2024 CMA Fest due to the Covid-19 pandemic or any other cause, we will notify you and give you a choice of transferring whatever monies you have paid for your 2024 package to the following year (the 2025 CMA Fest), thereby reserving your package as is. Or you may request and will receive a full refund for any deposits and final payments you have already made to BlueShoe Nashville. If you request a refund, your seats and room will be released and not held for you for the following year’s CMA Fest
Please note that most of our ticket/hotel packages for the 2024 CMA Fest are for five nights hotel lodging, with arrival on Wed., June 5, 2024 and checkout on Monday, June 10, 2024. We do offer three different 4-night hotel packages (June 6-10, 2024) at the Courtyard Marriott Downtown, the Hampton Inn Capitol View and at Tru by Hilton. The Courtyard Marriott also has a 5-night option. Additional nights, based on hotel availability, may be added through the particular hotel, with cost varying by the different facility. With certain hotels, a promotional code from BlueShoe Nashville will enable you to access a discounted rate for additional nights. Tax is included in all our package prices. Tickets are part of a hotel/ticket package and cannot be sold separately or claimed apart from the complete hotel/ticket package.
What's included in your package
All 2024 CMA Fest BlueShoe/Nashville Packages feature the following:
- Four or five nights hotel lodging (depending on package chosen) with arrival on either June 5, 2024 or June 6, 2024 and checkout on June 10, 2024. All taxes and fees are included in prices.
- CMA Fest 2024 four-day passes for the June 6-9, 2024 event. Your passes cover the daytime concerts at Riverfront and the nighttime concerts at Nissan Stadium, as well as the other activities and services listed as part of the 4-day pass on the official CMA Fest's web site (www.cmafest.com). Your tickets are for specific seats at Nissan Stadium for all four nights of the concerts.
- Ticket delivery: your CMA Fest passes will be sent to you via email through a Ticketmaster transfer from BlueShoe in May 2024 (after BlueShoe receives its inventory from the CMA). No hard tickets will be issued. All CMA Fest passes for 2024, per the CMA, will be mobile and require the use of a smartphone to access and display.
- Where specified, breakfast at the hotel is included in your package price (breakfast is included at the Hampton Inn Downtown, Home2 Suites downtown, Tru by Hilton downtown, and the Hampton Inn Capitol View. A continental breakfast is also offered to our BlucShoe clients at the Courtyard Marriott downtown.
Exclusions: You are purchasing a hotel lodging/ticket package only. No transportation, meals (unless specified), gratuities, parking fees, room service, or hotel incidentals are included in your package. You are responsible for all additional purchases and charges apart from your specified hotel/ticket package. Please note that parking at the hotels (Courtyard, Home2 Suites, Tru by Hilton, Hampton Inn Downtown, The Hermitage Hotel, & the Hampton Inn Capitol View) is additional and not included in your package. If you park your vehicle at one of these hotels, you will be charged directly by the hotel. Parking discounts for BlueShoe clients may be offered; please inquire about rates at particular hotels.
Hotel confirmations: your hotel confirmation, along with more information regarding your hotel and Nashville will be sent to clients via email by May 2023.
Seat Assignment: Seat assignments are based on the level or section of ticket purchased (Club 200 Level, Lower 100 Level, or Floor Level). Your precise seat location will be specified in your booking agreement. Depending on the location of your seats, there may be an upgrade fee: $100 per person for Club Level and $50 per person for rows A-R in the Lower 100 Level. Because of the number of varying prices on the floor, you will need to contact BlueShoe to inquire about seating prices in those areas.
Room type requests: specific room types will be submitted to the hotel based on what is listed in your BlueShoe Nashville booking agreement. Please note that many of the hotels represented by BlueShoe Nashville are entirely nonsmoking facilities. You will be charged a substantial cleaning fee if you smoke in a designated non-smoking room. You will be responsible for payment directly to the hotel for any such fee.
CMA Fest ticket policy: These terms are specified by the Country Music Association and apply to all ticket purchasers. By purchasing a ticket to the CMA Fest, you agree that you will comply with all of the terms and conditions specified for each ticket you purchase or order. Due to unexpected production changes, it may be necessary for the CMA to relocate tickets to a different section. Last-minute production adjustments may also partially obstruct the view from some seats. The CMA Fest is rain or shine.

If you are ready to purchase, we will draft a booking agreement for your particular package and send it to you for review and signing through DocuSign.
Deposits/Final Payments
At the time of your booking (when you return your BlueShoe Nashville booking agreement), a nonrefundable deposit of $600 USD per person for non-Floor Level seats and $750 USD for Floor Level seats will be due. The balance of the package cost will be due in Spring 2024 (Feb. 1, 2024 for The Hermitage Hotel and March 1, 2024 for the Hampton Capitol View, Courtyard Marriott Downtown, Hampton Inn Downtown, and Home2 Suites Downtown & Tru by Hilton downtown). After the final deadlines, all monies collected are non-refundable. We encourage clients to purchase trip cancellation insurance from an independent carrier in order to protect yourself in case your plans change or it becomes impossible for you to travel.
Payment due dates: if a deposit was taken at the time of your booking (prior to Feb. 1, 2024), the balance of your package price is due according to the following schedule:

The Hampton Inn Downtown— March 1, 2024
The Home2 Suites Downtown— March 1, 2024
Tru by Hilton Downtown— March 1, 2024

You have until the specified deadline stated above to cancel your agreement; cancellation by that date will result in a refund of the total amount paid to date minus the nonrefundable deposit ($600 per person for non-Floor Level packages and $750 per person for Floor Level packages). After the specified deadline for each hotel the entire cost of the package is nonrefundable and all monies collected are nonrefundable. BlueShoe Nashville recommends you consider purchasing independent traveler’s cancellation insurance from an outside vendor if you believe your travel plans may change.
FINAL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE ON OR BEFORE February 1, 2024 for the Hermitage Hotel downtown; final payment for all other hotel packages is due by March 1, 2024. PACKAGES WILL BE RELEASED IF FINAL PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THESE DATES.
In the event that the credit card provided or Customer’s other form of payment is declined and full payment has not been made by the specified date for each hotel, then Customer’s deposit is forfeited. The package purchased herein will revert to BlueShoe Nashville on such date. It is Customer’s responsibility to make certain that the form of payment provided is valid and not subject to an exceeded credit limit or expiration date.
How to Book a CMA Fest Package Online
1. Go to our CMA Fest 2024 Package Prices page to see a list of all the packages featured. Select the hotel you would like and click on the blue BOOK NOW button.
2. Follow the directions for booking by number of people and level of ticket. For example, you may choose to book at the Hermitage Hotel for two people with premium club level seats. If you would like to upgrade to floor level seats, you will need to check the box for upgrading to the desired level for an ungrade fee of $100 per person.
3. After you have submitted your online booking, a receipt and confirmation will be sent to your email. BlueShoe Nashville will subsequently follow-up with a booking agreement to indicate the details of your package, including the number in your party, the location of your seats, and any optional add-ons such as parking passes. The balance owed on your package will also be specified in the agreement. The agreement will be sent to you through DocuSign (usually within 72 hours, excluding weekends, of your online booking) for your review and signature.
4. PAYMENT IN FULL is due at the time of the online booking if booking after Feb. 1, 2024.
5. In the event that the credit card provided or Customer's other form of payment is declined and full payment has not been made by the specified deadline date then Customer's deposit is forfeited. The package purchased herein will revert to BlueShoe Nashville on such date. It is Customer's responsibility to make certain that the form of payment provided is valid and not subject to an exceeded credit limit or expiration date.
6. Your CMA ticket passes will be transferred to you in May 2024 via Ticketmaster and will only be accessible through smart phones. No hards tickets will be issued.

LIABILITY: In no event shall BlueShoe Nashville be responsible for any damages arising by reason of Customer's purchase or use of services, lodging, or attractions from BlueShoe Nashville or its affiliates. In all instances, BlueShoe Nashville's maximum aggregate liability to Customer arising by reason of this transaction shall be the amount paid by Customer to BlueShoe Nashville.

In no event shall BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) be responsible for any damages arising by reason of your purchase or use of services, lodging or attractions from BlueShoe LLC. In all instances, BlueShoe LLC's maximum aggregate liability to you arising by reason of this transaction shall be the amount paid by you to BlueShoe LLC.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueShoe LLC, its affiliate companies, its officers, directors, agents and employees against any costs, fines, claims, damages, charges, or fees (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising by reason of this transaction.
If notice is required, you agree to notify BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) by mail at the above address. Notice will be deemed given when received by BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) . BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) will not be liable for problems caused by misdirected or undelivered mail. BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) shall not be responsible for any breach of this agreement caused in part or in whole for any reason outside the reasonable control of BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) . You agree that at all times this agreement and your purchase and use of services, lodging or attractions shall be subject to all applicable laws, treaties and border agreements. You agree that you shall be responsible for complying with all such laws pertaining to your travel and the use of services, lodging or attractions through the BlueShoeNashville.com website.
BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) may terminate this agreement and this transaction for any violation of its web site Terms of Use. BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) reserves the right to cancel this transaction and refund any amounts paid by you for unused and cancellable services, lodging or attractions for good cause, as determined in the sole discretion of BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) . In some instances, cancellation fees will apply.
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, excluding its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute under or in connection with this Agreement or any of the transaction contemplated herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of and the personal jurisdiction within the state and federal courts within Davidson County, Tennessee. You hereby waive any objection you may have to personal jurisdiction in such courts. In the event you default on the terms of this agreement, you agree to pay to BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) all costs, fees and expenses including reasonable attorney's fees.
By ordering through our website, you agree to BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) use of electronic records to evidence this agreement. You understand that you have the right to not consent to the use of electronic records by canceling this transaction. In such event, this will be null and void. Your consent applies only to this transaction. You hereby waive any objection you may have to BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC's) use of electronic records in court should it be necessary for BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) to enforce the terms of this agreement.
Prices are subject to change. Prices are locked once an order is placed. The only way to guarantee a specific price is to place the order at the time the quote is initially received. All prices are in US Dollars.
Lodging, show, attraction, and other reservations are subject to availability. BlueShoe Nashville will contact you with confirmation regarding your hotel and ticket reservation. If there is no availability at the hotel for your specified date or if the level of ticket you purchased is not available for the performance date during your stay, BlueShoe Nashville will notify you. A full refund of your package price will be issued in such circumstances where hotel lodging at your specified hotel or event tickets are not available.
Seat assignments are based on the level or section of ticket purchased. Your CMA Fest seat location will be specified in the booking agreement emailed to you after your online booking.

All cancellations must be made with BlueShoeNashville.com (BlueShoe LLC) , not directly with individual suppliers.

If you do not receive an acknowledgment on your cancellation, you should contact us immediately. Please consider purchasing travel insurance if you feel that cancellation is a possibility.
